A. The SHPO will normally respond to an agency's submission within 30 days. The status of our review and maximum response date can be obtained from Rebecca Palmer (775) 684-3443 or
Rebecca Ossa (775) 684-3441. The federal agency is responsible for authorizing a permit, even if we've already sent a letter agreeing with the findings of a report.
Q. There is an old building that is going to be torn down, what can you do about it?

Q. How do I apply for a National Park Service Grant and a Commission for Cultural Affairs grant?
A. Contact Kelly Osborne (775) 684-3446 for applications. The deadlines for the NPS grant are December 1 of each calendar year and the deadline for the CCA grant is October 1 of each
calendar year.
